Three Cuesta College students have been arrested after a two-month investigation of alleged cocaine, ecstasy and marijuana sales involving a home near Cal Poly, according to San Luis Obispo police.

After serving a search warrant July 17 at a home on Kentucky Street and at an undisclosed location, police said they seized more than one pound of cocaine, more than two pounds of marijuana, nine ecstasy pills and more than $2,000 in cash in addition to scales and packing materials.

Officers also found a shotgun at the Kentucky Street residence, police said.

There, they arrested one of the home's residents, Brandon Frank Esposito, 20, on suspicion of possessing cocaine and marijuana for sale.

Police arrested another of the home's residents, Justin Kenneth Jonubei, 19, on suspicion of possessing cocaine and ecstasy.

Detectives learned that the narcotics - with an estimated street value of $65,000 - were primarily being sold to other local college students, police said.

On Wednesday, Lindsay Michelle McHugh, 19 - who lives in San Luis Obispo but not at the Kentucky Street home that was the center of the investigation - was arrested on a warrant on suspicion of possessing cocaine.

Esposito and Jonoubei have been freed after posting bail, but McHugh was still being held in County Jail on Wednesday, accordign to police.

Police said the investigation is continuing and has the potential for more arrests.
